How Can rapid Heart Rate Be Treated?

hello- I went t the ER on 2/28 because my heart started racing after a massage. I wasn t sure if I was having heart issues or a reaction to the coconut oil used. The ER did EKG, BP monitoring, pulse ox, chest xray and blood labs. After 2 hours I was sent home possible after being told all was normal. Tonight (3/9) I received online test results for the EKG that described result as abnormal and cited sinus tachycardia low voltage QRS possible inferior infarc age undetermined cannot rule out anterior infarc I m feeling very nervous now. Why would they send me home and say everything was normal?

it is only anxiety neurosis and definitely not related to coconut oil. sinus tachycardia is physiological and can be taken as normal.
